Digital Product License Agreement

This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Deep Make ("Licensor") and the subscriber ("Licensee").

1. Definitions

• "Digital Products": 3D printing and laser cutting designs created by the Licensor.
• "Physical Products": Physical items created using the Digital Products.

2. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Products to create Physical Products for commercial purposes.

3. Subscription and Validity

3.1 This license is valid only while the Licensee maintains an active subscription with the Licensor. 3.2 The license automatically terminates if the subscription is cancelled or lapses. 3.3 Subscriptions are offered on a monthly basis. Annual subscriptions may be available at the Licensor's discretion. 3.4 The license is valid for the duration of the paid subscription period.

4. Restrictions

4.1 This license is valid only for businesses with 5 or fewer employees. 4.2 Licensee may not sublicense, sell, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer the Digital Products to any third party. 4.3 Licensee is strictly prohibited from modifying, reverse engineering, or altering the Digital Products in any way.

5. Licensor's Rights

5.1 Licensor reserves the right to cancel this license at any time and for any reason, subject to a 30-day notice period. 5.2 Upon cancellation, Licensee must cease all use of the Digital Products at the end of the notice period.

6. Cancellation and Termination

6.1 Licensor must provide a 30-day notice period before cancelling the license for any reason other than breach of this Agreement. 6.2 During the notice period, the license remains valid if the subscription remains active. 6.3 This Agreement terminates automatically and immediately if Licensee breaches any of its terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Digital Products remain the property of the Licensor.

8. Warranty and Liability

8.1 The Digital Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. 8.2 Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of the Digital Products.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

By subscribing and using the Digital Products, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
